Civitta provides temporary workforce to eu-LISA. Communication Specialist As a Communication Specialist, you will support the communications sector in a specific unit. You will work closely with eu-LISA staff and management and contribute to internal and external communication activities, content creation, and increasing visibility. Your duties - Advising and providing support regarding annual and multi-year communication action plans, channels, and platforms. - Guiding Drupal and SharePoint content creation, website migrations, and the integration of social media trends. - Advising on the production of prints, digital newsletters, videos, infographics, visual materials, and organizational document templates. - Assisting in event coverage, advising on the latest trends in photo and video recording, post-production, and workshop preparation. - Recommending methodologies and metrics for measuring and increasing visibility on web, intranet, and social media channels. - Supporting inter-institutional network activities, responding to media inquiries, and drafting official documentation (reports, notes, minutes).

Other requirements: - Higher education completed with a diploma issued in EU member states or a diploma recognized as equivalent in the EU.
