Sales & Business Development Executive
We are looking for a talented, confident, and highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team and represent our brand in the premium decorative finishes market. The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, commercially driven, and capable of building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and high-end clients. This role goes beyond traditional sales. We are looking for someone who can become a strong brand representative , understand our materials and finishes, present them professionally, and develop long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and property owners .
Present the company’s cementitious and decorative finishing solutions professionally to potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, showroom meetings, and site visits when required.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable finishes, textures, colors, and applications.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, samples, and material submissions.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed projects and achieve agreed sales targets.
Develop relationships with architecture and interior design studios to increase product specification in upcoming projects.
Identify new projects and market opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, quotations, and project status using the company’s CRM/sales tracking system.
Coordinate with the technical and execution teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Female candidate preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations is preferred.
Previous experience in decorative finishes, paints, building materials, furniture, interior design, architectural products, or finishing materials is a strong advantage.
Very good to fluent English , both spoken and written.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Professional, confident, presentable, and comfortable dealing with high-end clients and corporate decision-makers.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
CRM experience is an advantage.
Basic understanding of architecture, interiors, colors, textures, and finishing materials is highly desirable.
