Engineering Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to help build and manage our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. The Engineering Team Leader will also play a key role in driving innovation, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Provide effective leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team of Engineers

Foster a positive work environment

Manage deliverables on many simultaneous projects of varying size and duration

Ensure both delivery and quality objectives are met

Assist team members in providing guidance when required

Build and institute Recruiting, Training, and Onboarding

Establish Key Performance Indicators

Enable visibility on team’s workload and bandwidth

Work, collaborate and communicate with the other departments to ensure good project execution.

Enable Continuous Process Improvement

General Reporting

Special projects and other duties as assigned
