As Front Office Night Staff, you are the point of contact during the night hours. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely, help guests with questions, and keep the hotel running. Behind the scenes, you ensure that the administration is correct and that the day is closed perfectly.

• You check guests in and out, even in the middle of the night with the same smile;
• You keep the front office administration in order and close the day correctly;
• You help guests with questions and resolve small complaints independently;
• You perform safety rounds through the hotel and ensure everything is under control.

Job requirements: Who are you? You are someone who comes to life at night and, despite the time, always remains sharp, friendly, and helpful. You have a hospitality mentality that immediately reassures guests and a work attitude that your colleagues can build on.

• You live in or near Amsterdam/Amstelveen;
• You speak fluent English; Dutch is a plus;
• You have experience within the Front Office in a hotel;
• You enjoy working between 23:00 and 07:00.What can you expect from us?
