Branch Manager- Nairobi

City Walk Kenya is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, strengthen customer experience and build a high-performing retail team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role

• A proven track record in sales performance and team leadership

• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in stock control, branch operations and performance reporting

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field is an added advantage
