Job Tasks:

• preparation, calculation, and creation of offers and contracts
• collecting technical documentation for tenders
• monitoring, reconciling, and recording requirements, as well as regular contact with clients – investors
• participating in the preparation of construction site organization projects and occupational health and safety studies
• participating in the preparation of work execution technology projects as well as the assessment of the company's internal resources
• processing and preparation of construction progress reports and invoices
• thoroughness, precision, up-to-dateness, and respect for given deadlines

Required Conditions:

• a degree from a civil engineering or technical faculty is mandatory
• multi-year experience in the coordination of technical documentation preparation for tenders in a civil engineering contracting company – low-rise construction
• good knowledge of the MS Office package, AutoCAD, and MS Project
• experience in the coordination and organization of larger tender projects
• responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
• thoroughness, precision, up-to-dateness, and respect for given deadlines
• good knowledge of the English language
• independence in work, as well as the ability to work in a team
