Senior Assistant, Customer Service, Retail

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries & feedback
• Support the mall's marketing activities, gift redemptions, mall promotions & loyalty program and perform general admin duties
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Pleasant disposition with outstanding communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task with high level of initiatives
• Team player with ability to work independently
