Job Summary: This internship will offer holistic exposure to working in corporate sustainability, especially with regards to data collation, analysis, strategic planning, internal and external stakeholder engagement and training. The intern will learn about CDL’s Environmental, Social and Governance factors, data requirements and data gathering methodology leading to accurate Environment, Health and Safety reporting and Carbon accounting to support comprehensive disclosure towards maintaining the company’s global sustainability rankings and ratings.

Job Responsibilities: Research & Reporting: Support The Green Building, Decarbonisation & Safety team in relevant research, data collation, processing, reporting, analytics and writing. Support team with any required gap analysis, data procurement/info/presentation slides. Research for Emerging Green Building / Global Sustainability Trends (i.e. ISSB, GRI etc. ). Internal Stakeholder Outreach: Support team with data gathering and training programmes outreach with Business Units. Support team with international observances (i.e. World Water Day, EarthHour, etc). External Stakeholder Outreach: Support team or Business Units with Supply Chain engagement and training (i.e. contractors). Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support for CDL’s ISO/EHS management system management among others.

Job Requirements: Diploma/university undergraduates from related field of studies with basic sustainability knowledge are welcome to apply. Skills in Microsoft office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint applications. Possess a good aptitude for learning skills and knowledge. Eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment. Able to work well in a team and be an effective team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
