Your tasks
- Assist Operations Director in retail operations including planning, staff training, market analysis, reports preparation.
- Manage staff appraisals.
- Provide customer service.
- Perform sales functions at retail outlets.
- Provide excellent customer service to meet customers’ expectations.
- Issue memos for cashier payments.
- Conduct stock packing in a neat and tidy manner.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work retail hours.
- Good communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Good team player, self-disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken languages.
