Industrial Engineering

1. Act as the main driver in implementing efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects according to the defined plan within the operational areas.
2. Perform Process Analysis, Work Measurement, and design Standard Work to increase productivity and reduce waste.
3. Serve as a sub-team leader in supervising new system installation, testing, and the preparation of work manuals in the actual field.
4. Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of machines/manpower regularly to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
5. Act as the main coordinator between the IE team and Operations to ensure acceptance and actual implementation of improvement approaches.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields Experience in Industrial Engineering and process improvement 3-5 years of Lean/CI experience in the Food Processing industry At least 1 year of experience as a team leader Good English skills (reading/writing) Ability to work well under pressure Able to work 6 days/week, and can be flexible with working days and times Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration
