Oversee and mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Conduct comprehensive site analyses, interpret environmental data, and integrate sustainable design principles into all projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, civil engineers, urban planners, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.

Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

Manage client relationships, present design concepts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

Proven Leadership & Extensive Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in Landscape Engineering or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.

Previous experience in a Manager-level role, with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams.

Core Expertise in Engineering & Design: Exceptional proficiency in Engineering principles, particularly within civil and construction contexts.

Advanced skills in Architectural Design and a deep understanding of aesthetic and functional design principles for outdoor environments.

Solid foundation in Construction Engineering , including knowledge of materials, methods, and site supervision.

Specialized expertise in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning .

Technical Mastery: Demonstrable proficiency with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) .

Strong grasp of Sustainable Design principles and practices.

Expertise in Site Analysis and environmental assessment.

Strategic & Soft Skills: Proven capabilities in Project Management , including planning, execution, and oversight of complex projects.

Outstanding Team Leadership and mentorship abilities.

Excellent Client Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Experience with Budget Management and resource allocation.
