We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Designer / Architect to develop creative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs for various projects.
- Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape designs, and construction details.
- Produce 2D and 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project teams to ensure design integration.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and landscape elements based on project needs.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams to address design-related issues.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape design or architecture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed landscape design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and relevant 3D visualization software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
- Good knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, grading, and landscape detailing.
- Ability to prepare technical drawings, construction details, and design presentations.
- Strong design, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
