Your tasks

  1. Operating the crane under supervision.
  2. Inspecting the crane to ensure its safety.
  3. Performing routine maintenance.
  4. Carrying tools for running repairs.
  5. Driving and mobilize the crane to a worksite. Wearing PPT safety equipment.
  6. Cleaning and maintaining the crane hoisting mechanism.
  7. Using lever and pedal controls efficiently.
  8. Setting up the manufacturer's operator manual.
  9. Operate cranes and hoists.
  10. Transfer loads to construction sites and discharge safely.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Commercial Driver's License Class B; Class A preferred
  • Must possess National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) or equivalent crane operator certification.
  • Capable of operating a lattice-type boom crawler crane including crane attachments, particularly a clamshell bucket for dredging.
  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA Regulations, and ANSI Standards in crane operations.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
  • Daily and monthly equipment inspections with NCII.
  • Must have NC II.
