Job Description

Do you want to work at the heart of a Data platform and take charge of end-to-end data pipelines?

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (M/F) to join a Data & AI team working on the construction and evolution of a Data Foundation intended to feed various business uses: self-service BI, dashboards, reporting, and Data applications.

Your responsibilities will notably include:

• 🔹 Designing and developing new data pipelines
• 🔹 Taking charge of flows from source ingestion to availability
• 🔹 Ingesting and structuring data in Snowflake
• 🔹 Modeling and transforming data with dbt
• 🔹 Developing necessary processing in Python and SQL
• 🔹 Orchestrating pipelines with Airflow
• 🔹 Maintaining and evolving existing pipelines
• 🔹 Implementing necessary tests to guarantee data quality
• 🔹 Collaborating with Business Data Analysts to translate business needs into Data solutions
• 🔹 Applying development best practices: clean code, testing, documentation, and CI/CD
• 🔹 Documenting technical solutions in English

Qualifications

🎓 Education: Higher education in computer science, Data, or an equivalent field.

💼 Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and are capable of working autonomously on the delivery of data pipelines.

🔥 Technical Skills:

• Advanced mastery of SQL
• Advanced mastery of Python
• Mastery of dbt: modeling, transformations, and testing
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Airflow
• Experience in ingesting data from multiple sources
• Solid practice in creating and maintaining Data pipelines
• Good mastery of GitLab
• Knowledge of testing, documentation, clean code, and CI/CD practices

🌍 Professional English is necessary to operate in an international context and write technical documentation.

You are autonomous, rigorous, comfortable communicating with technical and functional profiles, and capable of taking responsibility for an end-to-end pipeline.

Salary: 45 - 60 K€
