Do you want to work on critical applications at the heart of payment and electronic payment systems?

We are looking for a COBOL Analyst Developer (M/F) to strengthen a team working on Mainframe applications with high business stakes.

Job Description

Within the team, you will participate in the entire lifecycle of application evolutions, from needs analysis to production monitoring.

You will specifically intervene in the following activities:

🔸 Analyze requirements expressions and exchange with functional and business teams

🔸 Perform impact analyses and participate in the design of evolutions

🔸 Write Functional and Technical Specifications (SFT)

🔸 Ensure the COBOL development of application evolutions and corrections

🔸 Design and perform unit tests

🔸 Participate in qualification phases, integration tests, and non-regression tests

🔸 Support teams during functional acceptance testing phases

🔸 Participate in the monitoring of applications in production

🔸 Analyze and process anomalies reported during the monitoring of Batch processing

🔸 Contribute to incident resolution and the maintenance of operational conditions for applications

Qualifications

You have significant experience in Mainframe / COBOL analysis and development, ideally acquired in a banking, financial, or electronic payment environment.

You master all or part of the following technologies:

• COBOL
• Mainframe IBM / z/OS environment
• DB2
• JCL
• Batch processing
• Mainframe source and job management tools

Experience in the field of electronic payments, payment methods, or banking systems will be a real asset.

Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required to evolve effectively in an international environment.

Beyond your technical skills, you are comfortable with functional analysis, writing specifications, and handling production incidents.

Your rigor, analytical capacity, and sense of service will allow you to evolve effectively on critical applications requiring a high level of availability.
