Citco Vilnius Internship Program Autumn/Winter 2026 - Talent Acquisition Team

About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with members of Talent Acquisition team in Lithuania and on global level and cross-functional teams to support business and help them to hire top talents.

Your Role:

Supporting Citco recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, local job boards. Preparing and posting vacancies to online jobs portals, universities and social media sites. Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assisting with scheduling and conducting interviews. Participating in talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.

About You:

Enthusiasm for recruitment, employer branding, and working with people. Eager and motivated to learn new things. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good English language skills. Able to dedicate 30-39h/week during office hours for 6 months.
