SALES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

F&B Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate daily sales operations and support the Sales Manager. Monitor sales orders, enquiries, bookings, and customer requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order records. Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, purchasing, delivery, and accounts teams. Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding invoices. Assist in monitoring sales targets and team performance. Support promotions, catering orders, events, and corporate sales activities. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of issues. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and business reports. Ensure sales documents and records are properly maintained. Support the sales team with administrative and operational requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
