Manager Support
- Advise managers on all HR topics:
- organization,
- performance,
- talent development,
- social relations,
- individual situations.
- Support organizational transformations and evolutions.
Social Relations & Labor Law
- Manage individual and disciplinary issues.
- Participate in the preparation of CSE meetings.
- Ensure the application of labor law and internal policies.
HR Development
- Participate in HR campaigns:
- salary review,
- performance review,
- talent review.
- Support development plans and internal mobility.
- Implement and monitor the skills development plan.
Recruitment & Employee Experience
- Lead certain key recruitments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience and HR processes.
Reporting, Social Data & HR Projects
- Monitor HR indicators.
- Monitor and update social data (social report, BDESE, surveys, studies, etc.)
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects in France and internationally.
Requirements
- Higher education in Human Resources or labor law.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist.
- Excellent mastery of French labor law.
- Fluent professional English required.
- Experience in the following environments:
- tech,
- media,
- services,
- or international environments is appreciated.
- Ability to evolve in a dynamic and transforming environment.

Reporting to the CHRO at our St Denis site (93, near Stade de France), you will act as a strategic and operational partner to managers and employees.
