Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including receiving applications, screening, interviewing, and coordinating new employee onboarding.
- Manage personnel administration, including maintaining employee data, payroll calculation, and handling HR documents.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Indonesian and strengthened by English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various levels of management and employees.
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with payroll systems and modern HR software is an added value.
- HR certification or relevant training will be an additional preference.
