Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Americas Resident Shows Sales, Marketing and Communications

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Americas Resident Shows, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales, will lead the digital media function for Cirque du Soleil's resident show productions across the Americas, with primary responsibility for Las Vegas, Orlando, and Hawai'i. This role will set portfolio-wide strategy and drive awareness, ticket sales, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, and emerging digital channels.

Based in Las Vegas, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the Digital Marketing Managers responsible for assigned show portfolios. This position will establish priorities and standards, manage performance and budgets, coach the team, strengthen measurement and optimization practices, and ensure each production receives focused, commercially driven digital support.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical digital leader with deep performance marketing expertise, strong people-management skills, and a record of translating data into action. This person can move confidently between portfolio strategy and campaign detail, influence senior stakeholders, and lead teams and partners in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will: Define and lead the digital media strategy for the Americas Resident Shows portfolio, aligning investment and channel plans with show priorities, audience needs, and revenue goals. Lead, coach, and develop Digital Marketing Managers, setting clear expectations, assigning show portfolios, managing workload, and ensuring consistent performance across markets. Own portfolio-wide digital media planning, multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, pacing, and allocation recommendations based on demand, opportunity, and return on ad spend. Establish paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, and emerging-channel standards while ensuring strategies are tailored to each production and market. Review campaign structure, bidding, targeting, audience strategy, creative rotation, and optimization decisions, stepping into campaign detail when needed to improve results. Build a disciplined testing roadmap across creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, audience segmentation, bidding, and channel mix, and scale successful learnings across the portfolio. Analyze campaign, website, ticketing, and sales performance to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and recommend actions that improve revenue, conversion, and marketing efficiency. Strengthen measurement and reporting practices across platforms, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, pixels, attribution, and conversion tracking in partnership with Analytics and Technology. Partner with show marketing, CRM, Social Media, Communications, Creative, Revenue Management, Ticketing, Paid Digital Agencies and Sales teams to deliver integrated, audience-led strategies. Lead relationships with media agencies, platform partners, and vendors, ensuring strong execution, transparent reporting, accountability, and access to relevant opportunities and best practices. Develop annual digital plans, performance forecasts, executive-ready presentations, business cases, and clear recommendations for senior leadership and partner organizations. Communicate performance, risks, opportunities, insights, and next steps consistently to show teams, leadership, agencies, and key property or market partners. Evaluate emerging platforms, privacy changes, automation, AI solutions, and industry developments, translating relevant innovations into practical business opportunities. Create scalable processes, documentation, and operating rhythms that improve campaign governance, knowledge sharing, quality control, and cross-market collaboration, and lead special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 8 years of progressive digital or performance marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading people, agencies, or a multi-brand digital media function. Demonstrated expertise in paid search, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Experience managing multi-million-dollar digital media budgets and making investment decisions based on ticket sales, revenue, conversion, and return on ad spend. Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, pixels, attribution, audience segmentation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies, priorities, and executive recommendations. Excellent leadership, presentation, stakeholder-management, project-management, and communication skills, with experience influencing agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple shows, markets, and deadlines under pressure. Must reside in, or able to relocate without assistance to, Las Vegas, Nevada, and be available to travel regularly to supported markets, including Orlando and Hawai'i. Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of Form I-9 upon hire and submission of acceptable documentation verifying identity and work authorization.
