Your missions Within the CIRIL Customer Service teams, reporting hierarchically to the Services Director, the employee's missions, to be carried out on-site and remotely, are as follows: The functional referent is the aggregator and integrator of MyCirilGroup evolutions (product: ServiceNow), the group's product communication and Client ticketing platform. In this capacity, their mission is to:

• Be the best expert on data flows and business processes within MyCirilGroup
• Collect improvement and evolution needs from all user teams
• Contribute, by measuring expected benefits and estimated costs, to the prioritization of identified evolutions and improvements
• Hold responsibility for the functional specifications of the selected evolutions, by drafting them
• Organize and perform tests on the evolutions delivered by the DSI Applicative
• Implement the necessary means for the dissemination and adoption of evolutions by end users,

Due to its position close to all MyCirilGroup user teams, it ensures constant monitoring regarding the correct application of defined processes, alerts in case of deviation, and acts as a source of proposals for additional adjustments or improvements. As a Cross-functional Internal Project Manager: The Cross-functional Internal Project Manager is entrusted with a portfolio of internal organization projects aimed at improving the efficiency, productivity, and quality delivered by Ciril GROUP teams. These projects have a strong IS component and prioritize accelerating the dissemination of Artificial Intelligence uses within Ciril GROUP processes. With the support of each project's sponsor and the DSI Applicative, his/her missions are to:

• Identify and mobilize project contributors,
• Build the project plan, the schedule, and the associated workload plan
• Negotiate resource availability with the relevant managers
• Identify and prevent risks
• Ensure project comitology according to project needs
• Implement the necessary means for the dissemination and adoption of novelties and practices by end users (documentation, training, change management, etc.)

You hold a Bac+5 degree in the field of engineering and/or project management, you have an appetite for IT, knowledge of customer support professions, and successful experience as a functional and applicative consultant in an ESN (4-6 years)
