International Account Manager - - Amsterdam - €48,000 - €60,000 per year - Sales

Build and scale the international market for Circular IT Group. A role focused on new business, complex B2B deals, and circular IT.

You focus on developing new business opportunities across segments such as data centers, service providers, MSPs, telcos, and cloud providers. You understand their challenges and translate these into relevant IT solutions. What will you do?

• Proactively identify, approach, and win new customers
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic (top-tier) accounts
• Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals
• Translate customer needs into tailored IT infrastructure solutions
• Conduct periodic on-site visits (e.g. twice a year) to strengthen key relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver maximum customer value

Job requirements

Who are you?

• Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within networking, data centers, or service providers
• Familiarity with MSPs, telcos, and cloud environments
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure; comfortable discussing solutions at a general level
• Experience with (or strong affinity for) NSS
• A track record of closing deals - able to share concrete examples
• Strong commercial drive with a clear focus on new business
• You take ownership, are self-driven, and continuously look to improve yourself and your results
• Comfortable operating in a high-performance environment where feedback, accountability, and growth are part of the day-to-day
• Based in or willing to work from the Amsterdam region
