Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create social media content for Circle Time! Preschool & Daycare
• Visit school centers around 2-3x/week to take photo/video footage, rest of days can be WFH
• Create short videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, and simple static posts
• Write captions and content hooks that are relevant for parents
• Turn daily school moments into engaging content
• Coordinate with teachers and center teams for footage/content needs
• Schedule and publish content according to the content plan
• Share daily morning updates and end-of-day progress reports
• Communicate blockers early and clearly
• Take ownership of assigned centers and content output

Requirements:

• Experience creating social media content, especially short-form video
• Able to shoot and edit using CapCut
• Creative, organized, and able to work fast
• Strong sense of storytelling and visual judgment
• Comfortable visiting school centers for content taking
• Able to work independently without waiting for constant approval
• Responsible, communicative, and reliable with deadlines
• Interest in early childhood education, parenting, or school content is a plus
