Pharmaceutical Product Development Project Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a Technology Transfer Project Manager for a long-term mission with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

Start date: ASAP Duration: Long-term mission Location: Paris - 3 days of teleworking (+ some travel in Europe)

Context In a regulated pharmaceutical environment, you will lead process and analytical method transfer projects between industrial sites and partners (CMOs), from development to commercial production.

Your missions

• Full management of transfer projects (planning, budget, risks, reporting)
• Coordination of scale-up activities, qualification batches, and process validation (PPQ)
• Supervision of analytical and documentary transfers
• Guaranteeing compliance with GMP / BPF
• Contribution to regulatory requirements (EMA, ICH)
• Coordination of internal teams, CMOs, and supply chain

Profile sought

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or process engineering
• 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in technology transfer or industrialization
• Mastery of GMP, EMA, ICH frameworks
• Fluent English
• Cross-functional leadership and strong coordination skills
