Strong scripting and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different brands, audiences and objectives.
Practical experience directing shoots and working with talent, production crews and editors.
Proficiency in relevant creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva, depending on your specialisation.
Sound judgement about when a trend suits a brand and when an original approach would work better.
Strong organisation, clear communication and the confidence to make decisions while remaining receptive to feedback.
