Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Who are we?A major player in its field of High Pressure processing, Cinq Degrés Ouest (based at the fishing port in Lorient) specializes in the processing of frozen raw shellfish and crustaceans. General Missions Maintenance of the machine park and the building, Monitoring and recording maintenance interventions, Ordering parts and stock monitoring, Continuous improvement of the process on a daily basis (possible improvement of lines, machine adjustments, support to machine operators), Monitoring the installation of new lines and their commissioning, Monitoring of the vivarium (water tank in which the crustaceans are kept), Monitoring of the thermoforming and sealing machine, Industrial IT. Desired Profile: Electrotechnics Automation. Hydraulics. Pneumatics. Mechanics (welding would be a plus) IT: Pack Office, GMAO English (regular contact with English-speaking suppliers).
