Mid-Level Foreign Trade Analyst
We are Cinpal, an auto parts industry operating in national and international markets. Located in Taboão da Serra (SP), we produce cast, forged, and machined solutions for heavy vehicle manufacturers and the aftermarket. We are looking for a Mid-Level Foreign Trade Analyst to support the Supply Chain team in the import and export processes of finished products, raw materials, and equipment for Cinpal. Responsibilities and duties
- Plan, monitor, and execute import and export processes from order placement to final delivery;
- Analyze import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI, LI, among others);
- Issue and validate export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, RE, DU-E, DUIMP, etc.);
- Interface with international suppliers, customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies;
- Monitor customs clearance processes and ensure documentary and regulatory compliance;
- Act in the management and control of import and export costs (international freight, storage, payments, fees, taxes, and other logistical expenses);
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze area performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvement actions for process and supplier performance;
- Identify opportunities for logistical, tax, and operational cost reduction;
- Ensure compliance with current customs, tax, and foreign exchange legislation;
- Support internal areas such as Purchasing, Planning, Tax, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance;
- Act as a technical reference for foreign trade topics, supporting internal customers.
Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory:
- Completed Higher Education in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations;
- Experience equal to or greater than four years in import and export routines, preferably in industry;
- Desirable Advanced Excel, Power Bi;
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Experience with management of logistical suppliers and international agents;
- Performance in logistical cost analysis and performance indicators;
- Advanced Excel.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of special customs regimes: Drawback, Ex-tarifário, Admissão Temporária, Entreposto Aduaneiro;
- Experience with ERP SAP or similar;
- Spanish will be a differentiator.

Business hours: 07:30 to 17:30 - Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 07:30 to 16:30.
