Digital Marketing / Growth Specialist – Remote

We are a growing digital agency focused on the management, positioning, and monetization of content creators. We are looking to bring on board a person with a strategic, creative, and results-oriented profile to develop and scale the digital presence of our talents.

Main tasks:

• Design and execute organic growth strategies.
• Manage and develop profiles on Reddit, X, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Detect trends, new channels, and audience acquisition opportunities.
• Plan content and traffic strategies.
• Analyze metrics, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Work together with the commercial team to increase reach, engagement, and revenue.
• Develop strategies for primarily international audiences.

We are looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, social media, or traffic acquisition.
• Commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Creativity and the ability to test different strategies.
• Good handling of metrics and analysis.
• Intermediate/advanced English.
• Experience with content creators, digital agencies, influencer marketing, or subscription content platforms will be especially valued.
