We are looking for Chatters / Chat Sales Agents

We are a growing digital agency and we are adding people with a commercial profile, excellent written communication, good command of English, and the desire to grow along with the team. The work consists of managing online conversations, building relationships with clients, and detecting sales opportunities through personalized and results-oriented communication.

Conditions:

• Fixed salary of USD 500 monthly.
• 4% commission on sales.
• Possibility of increasing both the fixed salary and the commission based on performance, results, and commitment.
• Shifts of approximately 4 to 5 hours.
• We need to cover service 24 hours a day, so we have different shifts and the schedule can be negotiated based on availability and team needs.
• 100% remote work.

We are looking for people:

• With experience in sales, customer service, or chat sales.
• With good command of English, both written and oral.
• With good writing skills and speed in responding.
• Responsible, consistent, and goal-oriented.
• Experience working with content creators, digital agencies, or subscription platforms is valued.
