Job Description What if you joined our teams as a PLM 3DEXPERIENCE Consultant? You will play a decisive role in our customers' PLM transformation, addressing PLM integration challenges, both functional and applicative, as well as regarding the various business stakeholders.
Your missions: Participate in the enrichment of CIMPA's PLM and Architecture offerings: contribute to regulatory and technological monitoring on these subjects Stay updated on major evolutions in PLM solutions, evolutions in architecture principles, and systems engineering Participate in pre-sales for PLM transformation projects, by defining a pragmatic approach to meet our customers' multiple challenges, and identifying the appropriate profiles Participate in PLM transformation projects by integrating the challenges of the various impacted business areas, the interdependencies between solution development schedules and program/product plans, and user adoption Help in understanding subjects by synthesizing and diagramming the multiple dimensions of the subjects or the solutions provided; identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities of the envisioned solutions, while embracing the entire customer context Participate in facilitating meetings and workshops with client teams, whether to define and scope a new subject, identify the needs or bottlenecks of the teams, or for alignment purposes Collaborate with customers and internal teams to guarantee the quality of deliverables, the performance of deployed solutions, and compliance with company commitments Participate in sharing best practices within the PLM, Architecture, or Systems Engineering communities, by bringing your own experiences
As examples, you may also be required to: Participate in business and digital transformation projects, from requirement capture to adoption and operational implementation. Improve the operational and industrial performance of our customers by integrating new digital working methods into industrial product development. Improve the understanding of challenges, issues, or solutions for industrial stakeholders through synthetic and visual communication. Optimize business processes to strengthen efficiency and collaboration between stakeholders. Support organizational transformation and participate in the associated change management. Deploy new working methods (agility, co-design).
Qualifications Let's talk about you: Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a PLM consulting firm, and have you worked on business or functional architecture, or digital transformation in an industrial environment? Have you participated in deployment projects for ERP or PLM solutions such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, Aras, or Teamcenter? Are you an attentive listener with good synthesis skills? Are you a good communicator and know how to convince your interlocutors? Are you dynamic, ambitious, methodical, and pedagogical? Do you have a good command of English, both spoken and written? Do you have a degree from an Engineering, Business, or University school (Master's level), or equivalent training? Then this position is made for you!
