Responsibilities and duties

Responsible for:

Channels and content Manage internal channels: Intranet Conexão CN, emails (Comunica CN, Informa CN and Fala Líder CN), Mural, TV Conexão CN, Newsletter CN, Bom Dia CN, Bate-papo CN and Rodada nas Unidades. Produce end-to-end editorial content, including agenda definition, research, interviews, writing, editing, and publication of corporate journalistic content.

Grupo Buzzi (Italy) Conduct agenda definition, writing, and content negotiation for global channels: Connect (global intranet), Portland magazine, and the Group's LinkedIn, performing interlocution in English with Italy.

Strategy, culture and positioning Develop corporate campaigns, from conception to measurement, aligned with the business, culture, and strategy. Implement organizational culture and employer branding projects, including Jeito CN, EVP, Guia de Cultura, employee journey, and Glassdoor. Prepare executive communication materials, such as speeches, key messages, presentations, and leadership positioning content. Conduct communication for change management initiatives focused on strategic business projects.

Reputation and external public Manage press relations through agency support, covering clipping, monitoring, handling reactive demands, drafting official statements, and preparing spokespersons. Support crisis management, performing protocol activation, building narratives for sensitive situations, and monitoring post-crisis actions. Administer institutional social media (LinkedIn CN and Instagram).

Management and operation Manage communication, multimedia, and press agencies, performing briefing, schedule definition, approval of deliverables, quality control, and budget monitoring. Plan and execute corporate events, such as Strategic Planning (G40), Rodada nas Unidades, inaugurations, and celebrations, from conception to results evaluation. Monitor communication indicators, developing KPIs, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements: Higher education in Comunicação Social (Jornalismo, Relações Públicas or Publicidade), Marketing, or related fields. English – Advanced

Desirable: Post-graduation/MBA in Corporate Communication, Change Management, Marketing, or Business Management. Fluent English and/or international experience. Courses/certifications in corporate communication (Aberje, Cásper Líbero or equivalents). Training or experience in crisis management and media training. Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and health and safety topics applied to industry.
