Ref CM RQPD DEFENSE Project Quality Manager An ETI of 3,000 people designing and manufacturing highly technical industrial systems as well as service and operating provisions in various fields related to the environment, energy, naval and space industry, and defense, both in France and internationally. Its Defense BU designs and manufactures complex equipment intended for crossings, naval systems and equipment, and deterrence.

Missions: Working alongside the BU Director and reporting to the Quality Pole Manager, you will be in charge of project quality and their compliance with customer expectations, which requires: *being the guarantor of the quality organization specific to each project in compliance with the QHSE management system *applying and monitoring the Kpis related to your projects' performance *managing project risks and mitigation actions *acting as the quality interface for project teams and customers *performing and managing internal quality audits *managing non-conformities and malfunctions *updating quality documentation *declaring the qualification and compliance of equipment with respect to regulations and customer requirements *raising awareness and training the various stakeholders on the projects

Profiles:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project quality
• Knowledge of machining and welding
• Project management
• Conducting audits and reports
• Practice of quality tools and methods
• Good level of English
• Secret Défense clearance
• Teamwork
• Good interpersonal skills with external contacts
