Ref RL RCMD MECHANICAL CALCULATION MANAGER DEFENSE - NUCLEAR ETI specializing in the development, construction, installation, and maintenance of complex lifting and handling systems for multiple fields: energy, aeronautics, heavy industries. As part of its activities related to Defense and Nuclear, its mechanical Design Office is looking for a calculation engineer for projects in Defense and Nuclear.

Missions: Within the calculation Design Office attached to the lifting department, you will be in charge of the sizing of special machines and overhead cranes concerning high-technicality projects for Nuclear and Defense; Depending on the size of the projects, you may be required to lead a team of calculation engineers, which includes:

• the sizing of systems or structures: RDM calculations and by FEA using Ansys Apdl and Workbench
• the performance of static and dynamic calculations in linear and non-linear domains
• conducting studies in compliance with the QCD concept
• the establishment of supporting files and technical documentation
• being the client interlocutor to justify your calculations
• contributing to the improvement of methods and skill development

Profile:

• Graduate Engineer: Bac+5 in mechanics
• 5 years of experience in calculation in the metallurgy or mechanical construction sectors
• Mastery of Ansys or Workbench
• Finite Element calculations
• Knowledge of FEM and 13001 standards is a plus
• Working in project mode
• English B2
• Autonomous
• Rigorous - Reactive
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client contacts
• Eligible for Secret Défense clearance
