Ref GR RQP PLASTURGY PRODUCTION QUALITY MANAGER A world leader in flexible floor coverings, the group designs, manufactures, and markets innovative, decorative, and eco-responsible solutions for multiple applications (building, sport, transport, industry, tertiary,..). With around a hundred factories across the world, quality and innovation are at the center of its development, which requires rigorous mastery of manufacturing processes.

Missions: Within the Quality Department, you are responsible for compliance and adherence to customer requests regarding product standards and norms, and you contribute to the improvement of process and product performance, which requires intervening at the level of:

• Operational QA: handling UAP complaints and implementing corrective and preventive action plans / implementation of control plans on production lines / monitoring of corrective actions / support for risk management during modifications or new products / management of deviations / conducting internal quality audits / supervising operator training as well as their qualification
• Quality management: steering the QMS within the UAPs / support for conducting external audits / monitoring and reporting of quality KPIs
• Continuous improvement: analysis of results: IQC, FNC, Deviations, Blocked Stocks, internal audits / improvement actions / analysis and processing of malfunctions /

facilitating GRP

Skills:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in general engineering with quality training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational quality in an industrial environment in continuous process or in a production sector related to transport
• Knowledge of quality tools and methods (8D, QRQC, Amdec, SPC, Capability, Statistics)
• Knowledge of ISO
