Ref GR QSEL WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS QSE MANAGER A leading Group in the design, manufacture, and marketing of flexible coatings for multiple applications (building, sports, transport, industry, tertiary,..). Present in about a hundred countries, quality, innovation, and the environment are at the center of its development, particularly internationally. Logistics, a key link in the Group's Supply Chain (SC), must be the guarantor of irreproachable service quality as well as the safety of personnel, through an approach of minimizing environmental impact.

Missions: As QSE Manager within the Group's Logistics, you are the referent for the deployment of the Group's QSE approach for the various warehouses (internal and external) for the purposes of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the SC, which requires managing:

• Quality aspects: NC analysis processes / procedures: drafting - updating / dashboards: Kpi's / continuous improvement / audits / monitoring of the Group's environment and safety QMS / monitoring and benchmarks
• The approach and implementation of safety: awareness of product handling / improvement of personal safety / monitoring - best practices
• Environmental aspects: deployment of the environmental approach / reduction of waste and energy consumption of warehouses / measurement: KPI's / monitoring - best practices

Skills:

• Master's degree in engineering with QSE training
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse logistics
• Industrial and international environment
• QSE Management (iso, mase,.)
• Practice of internal auditing
• Quality Tools and Methods
• English B2
• German or Spanish are a plus
