Present in about a hundred countries, quality and innovation are at the center of its development, which requires rigorous mastery of manufacturing processes.

Missions: Within the Engineering Department, you are in charge of managing important projects concerning the various trades of the company, which includes:

• The development and industrialization of new industrial means or the refurbishment of existing ones
• Support for the development and implementation of methodologies aimed at industrializing new products or processes
• The supervision of Engineering Teams on sites in connection with business managers in order to ensure compliance with group procedures and to represent the Engineering function before site management
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of your projects, including strict compliance with the SQCD concept
• Participation in process improvement and compliance with QSE rules

Skills:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, methods, or production
• Automotive, heavy industry with continuous processes, petrochemicals, etc. sectors
• Practice of project management
• Knowledge of mechanics and automation
• Practice of quality tools (Amdec, problem solving) and TPM
• Practice of CAD: Autocad
