Ref CO JR10 PRIVATE / PUBLIC PROJECTS & CONTRACTS JURIST A company specializing in the management of heating and cooling networks, highly sensitive to the issues of energy efficiency and renewable energies. The development of its activities involves strengthening its Legal Department with the search for an experienced Private Contracts Jurist.

Missions: Within the Legal Department (8p), your knowledge of the sector and more particularly of services related to works will allow you to take charge of:

• responses to private and even public calls for tenders for the purpose of establishing contractual structures: drafting - negotiations with private clients, suppliers and various partners
• the processing and support in the resolution of disputes, the management of pre-litigation or litigation files in connection with lawyers
• support to various departments including purchasing (equipment, works, subcontracting, energy, etc.) and partnerships
• the drafting of summary notes
• legal monitoring and training of functional and operational teams

Profile:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in business law or contract law
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in a law firm and/or company
• Expert in contracts including litigation - subcontracting - works contracts
• Practice in contract management and judicial expertise
• English B1
