Ref CM ICM2 MECHANICAL ENGINEER MILITARY VEHICLE DESIGN French Nationality An ETI of 3,000 people designing and manufacturing highly technical industrial systems as well as service and operating provisions in various fields related to the environment, energy, naval and space industry, and defense, both in France and internationally. Its unit dedicated to the design and realization of complex mechanical systems, particularly in Defense, is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Missions: Working with the Technical Manager in charge of special military vehicle engineering, you will ensure the definition of the mobility part, which involves:

• analyzing specifications and participating in tenders
• participating in feasibility studies, architecture definitions (ground connections, chassis, motorization) and technical choices
• guaranteeing the pre-dimensioning and design choices of the equipment
• ensuring the simulation of the dynamic behavior of the vehicle
• establishing the estimate, the distribution of loads
• monitoring suppliers and drafting the designed materials
• technical monitoring during manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning

Profiles:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design within a Design Office
• Knowledge of the Defense sector desired
• Mastery of CAD (ideally Creo)
• Pre-dimensioning and PLM software (Windchill)
• Ability to work in a team
