Ref CM CPMO BID MANAGER - DEFENSE - French Nationality An ETI of 3,000 people designing and manufacturing highly technical industrial systems as well as service and operating provisions in various fields related to the environment, energy, naval and space industry, and defense, both in France and internationally. Its unit dedicated to the design and realization of complex industrial systems contributes to the realization of high-technology systems for nuclear, defense, naval, and space industries.
Missions: Reporting to the Director of the Defense BU for land military systems, you are in charge of managing responses to calls for tenders as well as supervising the associated project team. In partnership with the commercial manager of the bid, you:
- analyze the market, the competition, and the group strategy in order to establish an approach to win the business
- organize and plan resources
- lead a multi-skilled team: studies, methods, production, purchasing, quality,
- determine the industrial choice: make or buy and the assembly (potentially partnerships)
- identify the various risks: technical, industrial, financial, legal,..
- establish quotes and the presentation of offers
- ensure business follow-up by guaranteeing SQCD aspects and contractual commitments
- negotiate any requests for amendments
Profiles:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) Generalist Engineer with a focus on mechanics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on defense programs
- Knowledge of land vehicles
- Mastery of complex calls for tenders
- Practice of client relations
