Ref AR IPA PROJECT AUTOMATION ROBOTICS ENGINEER Factory Installation Exp. SME, a subsidiary of a world leader in aeronautical construction, designing, assembling, installing, and providing MCO for robotization systems (machines, tools, software) primarily for the aeronautics and space sectors. Facing strong demand, it is looking for engineers to develop its engineering hub.

Missions: Reporting to the Head of the BE and within the framework of customization projects for 6-axis Robots (Fanuc, Kuka or Siemens) to be adapted, notably to perform the inspection of wing structures, carbon parts, positioning, etc., and within a multidisciplinary team (mech eng, elec, systems, soft, supports, etc.), you will ensure the design and conception of robotized solutions, namely:

• The creation of Grafcet
• The sizing and simulation of the automated system
• The definition and choice of equipment
• The definition of the protocol
• The creation of POC and the report
• Feasibility studies
• The transfer of the realization and documentation

Skills:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) automation engineer - robotics engineer
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, notably in the installation of assembly lines
• Practice of Project Management
• Mastery of Step 7 - TIA Portal - Robot guide
• Practice of Ladder or even structured languages
• Practice of GRAFCET
• Mastery of Fanuc and Siemens environments
• Knowledge of the aero sector is a plus, but experience in the railway or automotive sectors can be interesting.
