Project Manager - Industrial Mechanical Design (M/F)

Your tasks

Its BU dedicated to the design and construction of high value-added land military equipment is looking for a highly experienced Mechanical or Generalist Project Manager to oversee major projects.

Requirements

As part of the studies and implementation of complex mechanical systems (€2 to €10M) intended for the French Army or internationally, which require "secret-défense" security clearance, you will be responsible for:

• preparing offers within your area of responsibility
• planning the project entrusted to you, to be carried out either internally or outsourced
• ensuring compliance with contractual commitments to the client in terms of QCD
• business profitability
• leading the multidisciplinary teams assigned to your project: studies, purchasing, production, quality, safety, assembly, project managers
• managing industrial activities abroad: subcontractors, sales agents
• drafting and negotiating amendments
• monitoring KPIs and reporting

Other

Profiles

• Master's degree in Engineering, primarily in mechanics or generalist
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in defense
• Practice in managing major projects in France and for export
• Negotiator
• Good level of English
• Familiar with teamwork
• Good interpersonal skills with external contacts
• Availability for occasional travel
• Eligible for Secret-Défense clearance
• Position based near Toulon
