Junior/ Senior Operations Officer (Logistics/Freight Forwarder)

-Perform import–export customs clearance and verify the accuracy of all documents -Prepare and deliver strategic plans to assigned key customers -Develop customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with key accounts -Gather customer requirements and lead the operations team to be efficient in order to achieve target service levels -Communicate customer requirements to the CIMC WETRANS operations team and related teams accurately, timely, and creatively -Control and manage inbound–outbound shipments to comply with customs regulations, while managing costs and punctuality -Have expertise in Freight Forwarding operations and customs clearance processes -Coordinate with customers to determine pickup/loading dates and make bookings with shipping lines -Follow up on import–export documents with customers to proceed with sending/recording data/booking vessels with shipping lines -Prepare documents and issue job orders for the shipping department -Prepare inbound–outbound bills and send them to customers for verification -Notify vessel arrival–departure updates, prepare payments, claim expenses, and pay D.O./B.L. fees to shipping lines -Contact and book prime movers/trucks to deliver goods to customers punctually -Follow up on invoices, billing documents from suppliers, and job closing document sets from the shipping team -Send outbound documents via email to overseas agents -Issue invoices to customers and overseas agents in accordance with the billing cycle deadlines -Handle and resolve various problems promptly, while providing accurate advice and information to customers -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors effectively and on time

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of work experience in import–export, logistics, or trading business Experience working in a Freight Forwarder company will be given special consideration Good English communication skills, organized, and able to work under pressure and time constraints Good interpersonal and communication skills
