Senior Sales Associate - Telesales SG

Responsibilities: Acquire sales via outbound calling. Manage follow ups closely with prospect customers. Handle customers pre and post enquiries with professionalism. Ensure that the monthly targets are met consistently. Ensure processes and procedures that conform to the bank’s standards and local regulations are met. Requirements: Qualifications Diploma holder, with relevant banking experience Relevant Work Experience Possess min. 2 years of sales experience in Telesales, in credit cards sales/personal instalment loan Technical/Functional Skills Telesales experience  Personal Skills (Soft Competencies) Customer focus Communication proficiency Results driven Teamwork orientation
