#WINTERSEASON Technician M/F

We are looking for a Technician M/F for our Courchevel 1850 Agency for the 2026/2027 season.

The Technician reports to the Agency's Rental Manager. He/She works in close collaboration with the entire rental team and performs varied missions.

Your main missions will be:

• Maintenance:

o You perform daily technical inspections of the properties and proceed with initial maintenance when necessary.

o You provide assistance to the teams during cleaning checks on Saturday arrival days and perform touch-ups if necessary.

o You respect safety rules and know how to put them into practice when intervening.

• Administrative:

o You prepare reports for owners regarding maintenance carried out within their properties.

o You have external quotes prepared, participate in the monitoring of works if necessary, and manage service providers (craftsmen).

Position open to workers with disabilities, Driver's License B mandatory and a good level of English required. Electrical certification would be a plus.
