Technician - Courchevel 1850 (M/F)

We are looking for a Technician (M/F) for our Courchevel 1850 Agency.

The Technician reports to the Agency's Rental Manager. He/She works in close collaboration with the entire rental team and performs various missions.

Your main missions will be:

• Maintenance:

o You perform daily technical inspections of the properties and proceed with initial maintenance when necessary.

o You provide assistance to the teams during cleaning checks on arrival Saturdays and perform touch-ups if necessary.

o You respect safety rules and know how to put them into practice when intervening.

• Administrative:

o You provide reports to owners regarding maintenance carried out within their properties.

o You have external quotes prepared, participate in the monitoring of works if necessary, and manage service providers (craftsmen).
