Building Maintenance and Upkeep Technician (M/F)

We are recruiting a Technician on a fixed-term contract (CDD) for our Val d'Isère agency.

Reporting to the Rental Manager, the technician works in close collaboration with the entire rental team and performs the following missions:

Maintenance:

• You carry out the daily technical inspection of properties and proceed with initial maintenance when necessary.
• You provide assistance to the teams during cleaning checks on arrival Saturdays and perform touch-ups if necessary.
• You respect safety rules and know how to put them into practice when intervening.

Administrative:

• You provide reports to owners regarding maintenance carried out within their properties.
• You arrange for external quotes, participate in the monitoring of works if necessary, and manage service providers (craftspeople).

Evolving contract, Position open to workers with disabilities, Driving license B mandatory and a good level of English required. Electrical certification would be a plus.
