#WINTER SEASON ATMOSPHERE Receptionist M/F COURCHEVEL 1850

As part of a reinforcement for the 2026/2027 winter season, we are recruiting an ATMOSPHERE Residence Receptionist M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to start from November until the end of April.

Within a residence located in Courchevel comprising 19 apartments & suites offering luxury services while guaranteeing the comfort and privacy of guests.

You will report to the Residence Manager and will evolve within a dynamic team of 10 people in direct link with the General Housekeeper.

Your main missions:

Welcome clients and accompany them throughout their stay at the residence

• Handle arrival and departure formalities for clients, billing, and payments.
• Handle each new reservation, ensure that all information has been obtained from the client, and record the reservation in the PMS Arkiane system.

• As a concierge, handle all client requests before their arrival - restaurants, taxi transfers, ski lessons, ski instructors, ski passes, etc., and create a customer journey to present to them upon arrival.
• Perfectly master all IT systems of the Reception department.

• Establish a relationship of trust with all clients in order to maximize additional sales.
• Ensure an excellent level of service quality in accordance with the service quality standards in force within the establishment.

• Perform luggage porterage on Saturdays with client arrivals/departures.
