#WINTER SEASON Night Auditor ATMOSPHERE (M/F)
WINTER SEASON 2026/2027 ACCOMMODATION POSSIBILITY
As part of a reinforcement for the winter season 2026/2027, we are recruiting a Night Auditor Residence ATMOSPHERE M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to be filled from November until the end of April.
The Night Auditor ensures the welcome and assistance of guests during the night while guaranteeing security, the continuity of reception services, and daily closing administrative operations. He/she ensures the smooth running of the residence during the night shift and ensures the transmission of information to the day teams.
Guest Welcome and Relations *Ensure the welcome of late arrivals and early departures. *Respond to guest requests during the night. *Guarantee a professional, discreet, and reactive welcome. *Manage any complaints or emergency situations.
Administrative Management and Closing *Perform the daily closing of the reception. *Control payments, invoicing, and cash operations. *Issue closing reports and prepare documents for the day teams. *Verify reservations and prepare the next day's arrivals.
Security and Surveillance *Ensure the security of guests, employees, and the establishment. *Control access and perform rounds if necessary. *Apply security and emergency procedures. *Report any technical anomaly or incident.
Internal Coordination *Ensure the transmission of important information to the day teams. *Collaborate with other residence departments. *Ensure the proper upkeep of the reception and welcome areas.
Hard Skills *Mastery of reception and welcome techniques. *Good administrative management and cash operations. *Knowledge of hotel software. *Ability to work autonomously. *Management of priorities and unforeseen events.
Soft Skills *Sense of responsibility. *Discretion and professionalism. *Reactivity and calmness. *Rigor and organization. *Excellent sense of customer service.
Profile Sought *Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or concierge in a 5-star/Palace establishment. *First experience in night work appreciated. *Hotel training or equivalent experience appreciated. *Professional English mandatory. *A third language is a plus.
