#WINTER SEASON Housekeeper - VAL D'ISERE (M/F)
We are recruiting a Housekeeper on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to start as soon as possible.
You will report to the Rental Director of the Val d'Isère agency and will carry out the following missions:
- Property Management
- Ensure the opening of apartments with the control of opening cleaning services
- Preparation of arrivals / departures
- Ensure technical follow-up
- Ensure the laundry of the properties under management
- Proceed with necessary orders and purchases to restock the properties under management
- Basic mastery of the reservation software
- Coordinate the service providers with whom we work in partnership
- Property Management
- Regular follow-up of properties (chalets, apartments)
- Organization of artisan service providers
- Suggesting layouts/arrangements to owners
- Stock Management
- Ensure inventories and condition reports of the properties under management
- Ensure the management of equipment loans
The role of Housekeeper is a key role within Cimalpes. It allows us to enhance our clients' stays.
