As part of reinforcement for the 2026/2027 winter season, we are recruiting a Versatile Rental Management Officer M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to start from early November until the end of April.

Your main missions will be as follows:

  1. Commercial part
  • Proceed with the drafting of rental contracts
  • Sales of stays
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues and the employer's partners
  • Manage TO and individual rental options
  • Manage the rental planning: monitoring of reservations
  1. Administrative and agency management part
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and tidiness of Cimalpes storage areas
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the Cimalpes vehicle provided
  • Handle classic agency secretarial duties (mail, filing...)
  • Enter options and contracts into the reservation software
  • Follow up on contract balances and security deposits
  1. Reception and customer relations part
  • Ensure customer reception within the agency, by telephone, and in chalets
  • Ensure the establishment and administrative follow-up of tenant and owner client files
  • Accompany clients for property viewings for rent
  • Preparation of arrivals / concierge services before and during the clients' stay
  1. Stock management
  • Ensure inventories and check-ins/check-outs of managed properties
  • Manage equipment loans (radiators, utensils...) and returns
  • Weekly update of the MONSTOCK software + stock monitoring
  • Ensure the opening of apartments with the inspection of opening cleaning services

Preparation of arrivals / departures

  • Ordering linen and preparing linen bags for our service providers

  • Preparation of welcome products based on the occupancy schedule (bathroom products...)
  • Ordering cleaning services based on the occupancy schedule
  • Ensure the check-out inspection upon departure, working in close relationship with RL and CGL
  • Preparation of high-end properties for arrivals (fireplace fire, welcome products, baby cot installation...)
  • Verification of cleaning services and monitoring of these providers
  • Control of dirty linen returns (implementation of random checks on the various companies)

Ensure technical follow-up

  • Coordination of technical interventions and maintenance work
  • Ensure minor maintenance (changing light bulbs, remote control batteries...)
